TECHNICAL INFORMATION

· Applications: Extraction for industrial kitchens.

· Construction:  Fully welded in one piece up to 7m due to reduce possible linear deformations and eliminate dripping between joints and non-visible points of dirt.
                         Optional multi-piece construction.
                         Plenum optional.
· Material: Parts seen in 1mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel sheet. Roof not seen in galvanized.
· Finishes: Tubular structure for a better robustness of the set.
                  Double folding in all sheet metal ends to avoid all kinds of accidental cuts.
                  No hidden screws or strange edges for easier cleaning.
