Does the equipment you have acquired not fit to your installation? How can you request a return?
You have to previously communicate us in a written form the return of the asset and it has to be accepted for one of our technicians. The returns need to be done with the following documentation: delivery note and invoice number, if it exists. The materials will be credited as per the state of the returned material in the moment of its reception in our warehouse.
MORGUI CLIMA S.L. reserves the right to set the amount to be credited. In case of disagreement the client can withdraw the material up to 3 months and from the delivery date. Otherwise and after the 3-month period, MORGUI CLIMA S.L. will use the material at his convenience.
If I have mounted and used the material, can I give it back?

The assets which I want to give back occupy a lot of volume, how do we do it?
The transport for the material to be returned will always be arranged and paid by the client.
I paid by credit/debit card and I cannot come to return the material can a colleague from my enterprise come? Yes, of course.
Are the special manufactured assets accepted to be returned?
We do not admit any return of special manufactured assets (please make sure when you are ordering the special manufactured assets that the measures are correct, etc.… for your confidence always send the special request via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Do you accept return for assets which are in stock?
The return of assets which are in stock are not accepted if there is not an existing previous communication in a written form (email and/or phone confirmation from one of our technicians).
