The ORRI Hood is welded and manufactured in one piece, reducing the assembly time and linear deformation, eliminating the leakage between joins and non-visible dirt. The lower tray, fully welded is incorporated to the whole without the possibility of leakage. The fat picking rail is connected to the lower tray.
Orris’s hood height is 675mm and it is built in AISI 304, 1mm thickness. Non-visible ceiling in galvanized steel. All endings are in double fold of steel sheet avoiding all kind of cuts and accidents. Without hidden bolts and strange edges for easier cleaning. Its tubular structure achieves a greater robustness of the whole. Its new design stands out due to the incorporation of punching for the air contribution in all the perimeter, for both central and mural models. In addition, another of the distinctive features of the hood is the disruptive 25mm perimeter joint, embellished with a black lacquer and illuminated by linear IP65 LED with the latest trend tones. And to make this hood an even newer and more exclusive hood, the Orri has been designed with front edge borders of 100mm arc. The front of the hood is interlaced with the 2 sides thanks to the sinuous transition of the stainless surface which flows in a smoothly continuity in all its perimeter.

The extraction system of the hood is composed of AISI 430 stainless steel filters with a high performance and super efficiency (490x400x50mm) and anti-cut finish in all its frames. The hood incorporates a recessed IP54 LED luminaire in the lower part to increase the visibility in the working area. In addition, it also incorporates a perimeter IP65 LED in the joint of the plenum to increase the visual clarity in its surroundings. The lighting of the hood is totally configurable as per the user needs.

The external air supply is managed by a driving plenum with punched sheet, with studied driving surfaces to avoid loss of pressure and noises due to the air speed, as well as not causing unnecessary air flows. The driving plenum is thermally insulated to avoid condensations due to the difference in temperatures.
